Tangshan Sankuan Tools Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, with a registed capital of RMB 4 million yuan. Covering an area of 2.33 hectares, employing 240 staff. We have 3 modernized production lines for hoe, 2 production lines for shovel, all equipped with several full automatic lines of heat treatment, electrostatic coating, wood handle assembling, which have greatly increased the mechanization level and also the technology level. The annual productivity of shovel is 8 million pieces, annual productivity of hoe is 4 million pieces. Through years of development, Tangshan Sankuan Tools is now taking the lead both in production amount and sales volume among same industry of our country these years.
Tangshan Sankuan Tools Co., Ltd. is located in Songdaokou Town, known as “The Home of Steel Shovels”, which is at the intersection of Bohai Sea Economic Circle and the Metropolitan Region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is 120 km away from Qinhuangdao, 130 km away from Tianjin, 220 km away from Beijing, and 90 km away from Caofeidian. This geographic advantage has brought great transportation convenience and greatly pushed forward its trade development. Our products are sold to over 40 countries and regions, like Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and domestic large and medium hardware markets in Guangzhou, Guangxi, Sichuan, Anhui, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning.
As a professional tools manufacturer, Tangshan Sankuan Tools Co., Ltd. has a wide business range, including steel shovels, hoes, steel picks, steel forks and other variety of small garden tools. We have a complete strong quality control system, such as coating thickness meter, bending tester, impact testing machine, fatigue testing machine, computer servo tensile testing machine, symmetry tester, salt spray corrosion testing chamber and radioactive element content tester, etc.
Its products have reached the state standard GB/T 19001-2008, and passed the ISO09001:2008 quality management system certification. Our registered brand “KUAN” was identified as famous mark by Tangshan Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce in 2012; “KUAN” was identified as famous mark by Hebei Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce in 2013; products of “KUAN” were awarded famous-brand product of Hebei in 2014.
